The Catechism is the basis for this collection of machine embroidery designs created to mark the Celebration of the 500th Anniversary of the Reformation. This Tree of Life design springs forth from the Word of Holy Scriptures and the Cross of Christ. Each of the Six Chief parts of the Catechism are represented in this tree: Baptism, Holy Communion, Prayer, Creed, Ten Commandments, and Office of the Keys. The VDMA symbol reminds us that the Word of the Lord Remains forever.
