We understand that urgent needs sometimes arise—unexpected liturgical events, memorials, feast-day preparations, or last-minute parish needs. When this happens, we do our best to help.

To accommodate these requests, we offer Rush Production when our schedule allows.

When a project requires completion sooner than our standard lead times, a Rush Production Fee will be applied as a separate line item on the invoice.

This fee covers:

• Rearranging our production schedule

• Overtime and extended studio hours

• Priority fabric ordering or expedited shipping

• Additional staffing needed to meet the accelerated deadline

• Interruptions to ongoing long-term projects

Rush fees vary depending on the complexity of the item, materials required, and the turnaround time requested.
