Church Brocade Fabric That Is Practical and Traditional

Florence Brocade Fabric swatch here

Florence is one of those lovely and useful liturgical fabrics. It features a late Victorian Design, which produces a heavy weft effect. The ecclesiastical fabric, designed by William Perkins, was inspired by Italian Lace Work. Florence offers designers of liturgical vestments the option of not one, but three variations of white fabric, starting with a Bridal White, an Ivory, and a Deep Cream. Florence is also available in a true Rose for use on Laetare Sunday and Gaudette Sunday during the seasons of Advent and Lent. Florence has a medium sized pattern repeat and cuts up easily for use in a variety of liturgical vestment pieces*

Available Colors: Bridal White; Ivory; Deep Cream; Rose; Violet; Green; Red
Width: 57" (145 cm)
Pattern Repeat: 14 ½" (37 cm)
Fiber Content: 60% Cotton, 40% Viscose

NOTE: Florence is also suitable as a fabric for use in creating period costumes, wedding gowns, historical garments, Home Decor, Collegiate or University Gowns, and theatrical costumes due to the accuracy and quality of the fabric design motif.
