Old Gold Copper Twist and Antique Gold Twist Goldwork Threads
The Old Gold Copper Twist and Antique Gold Twist are used as a filling thread. They also work well to outline projects. Twists, which are as also know as Torsades, are made using three individual strands of metal thread. Each strand is made from a fine metal wire which is wrapped around a fiber core. The Old Gold Copper thread is a 2 ply twist that uses Copper threads twisted with a fine Antique gold thread.
The Antique Gold Twist is a Black cord wrapped with a gold thread twisted. The gold twist is evenly spaced along the black cord creating a nicely spaced pattern. This thread has a look that is similar to aged goldwork threads.

- Antique Gold Thread 1451 is approx. 1 mm
