The Prayer Design is part of the Collection of Ecclesiastical Machine Embroidery Designs was created by Edward Riojas and Carrie Roberts.
Prayer is central to the practices of Christians. This symbol can represent the Lord's Prayer or individual prayer. Psalm 141:2 reminds us: "Let my prayer rise as incense before you, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice!" And so this design features the incense coming forth and rising to heaven. This important symbol can be used on vestments for many various churches.
