Ecclesiastical Sewing Introduces Ashley

Ecclesiastical Sewing would like to officially welcome Ashley Zerwas to our team. Ashley is Carrie’s only daughter and she has taken a full-time job working for the family business after recently graduating college.

When the Ecclesiastical Sewing store front opens, Ashley will be helping to run the business behind the scenes. Ashley will manage social media, as well as assist with product development and sourcing. Ashley will also take on the role of Editor in Chief for Ecclesiastical Sewing.

As a part-time job in college, Ashley has been ghost writing and editing Ecclesiastical Sewing posts for several years.  Ashley has a love for writing, history and research. She will be putting those skills to use by providing articles on a wide variety of topics as they relate to churches, vestments, patterns and designs. Those posts written by Ashley will be signed “Nihil Sine Deo.”   Ashley will also keep you up-to-date with new products that will be offered at Ecclesiastical Sewing in the coming months and years. Like her mom, Ashley will wear many hats in her role at Ecclesiastical Sewing.

Carrie will continue to write articles about vestment construction, Church Linens, altar linens, and antique vestments from her collection and much more. With a new team member on board, Carrie’s focus will now turn toward product development and design. Carrie will continue to sign her articles “Soli Deo Gloria.”

We hope you enjoy Ashley’s posts and her role in bringing you beautiful vestments for your faith community. Ecclesiastical Sewing is excited about this new addition to the business.  Please join me in welcoming Ashley to our team!
