EU Withdrawal Requests, Required Notices, and Mixed Orders

For eligible EU consumer orders, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by submitting a clear written statement within 14 days of delivery. The customer may contact us by email or use any withdrawal form or electronic withdrawal function we provide.

The withdrawal request must include the customer’s name, order number, delivery address, email address, item requested for return, date of delivery, and a clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw from the eligible purchase.

The customer must return eligible goods within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, return packaging, tracking, insurance, customs paperwork, export documentation, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and all other costs connected with returning the goods, except where prohibited by law.

If an order contains both returnable and non-returnable items, the right of withdrawal applies only to eligible returnable items. Custom, made-to-order, custom-cut, printed-on-demand, personalized, special-order, and digital-access items remain non-returnable except where required by law.

For partial returns, original outbound shipping will not be refunded unless required by law.

We may withhold any refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been shipped back, as permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights the customer may have for defective, damaged, incorrect, faulty, or non-conforming goods or digital content.
